Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
I like the one's who cut you off and then ignore you. That sends my blood fucking boiling in a nano second.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
In general, I've noticed that people are becoming lazier at driving (you can actually turn your steering wheel to make a turn), not learning how to drive the car they have (That SUV doesn't need to crawl over the train tracks) and inconsiderate (Did you have to pass me to only cut back in front of me so you could make that right turn?).
I have always found it sad that they have to make driving laws that are merely items of common courtesy and people can't even follow those.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
Why the fuck do people put turn signals on right when they turn? I thought that was a thing to do before you turn, a bit before If I might add.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
i hate when people tailgate when im going the speedlimit too..I always slam on my breaks ...I have insurance, I could use a new car
-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
I always go slower ... when they tailgate me and point to the signs of the speed limit when I pass them. Damn, people want to try to make us risk a ticket because they are running late or whatever.. I could care less. They also do this type of thing when there's bad weather, like rain where you can't see 2 feet in front of you or ice/snow. You're right, people drive really messed up these days.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
it's not people's driving habits... it's people themselves.... we're just a bunch of impatient, capitalisit whores who just want to get to our next super-sized big mac and discount soda at Walmarts. Rude American drivers are but a symptom of the real problem... there's just too many of 'us'. i pray for the next blackhole sun, ice age, mutated viral infection, nuclear accident or fuckuintheass tsunami to wipe the earth's filthy ass clean of us. amen.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
people, people, people. driving should be an exercise in Zen relaxation. when someone cuts you off, pretend they saw an anti-tank mine on the road ahead of you and they're volunteering to drive over it. when people beep their horns at you, sing along with the Beatle's "Ticket to Ride" - beep-beep, beep-beep, yeah.
tailgaters, though. they seriously need to die bleeding from the rectum.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
This guy ran a red light and was tailgating me in the right lane of a residential area so I slammed on my brakes and flipped him the bird as he passed me in the left lane. Further down the road he is behind me in the left lane and starts to follow me, i guess he planned on doing something when I arrived at my home. I had a full tank of gas and time to kill so i made that fucker follow me around the neighborhood another 10 minutes before he gave up and we went seperate ways.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
When I was back in college, I was driving home after my classes and someone started tailgating me. I payed no attention to him, but he kept following me everywhere I went, even into the apartment complex I lived at. He pulled back a bit when I pulled into a parking space, and just sat in his car at a distance watching me. I got out of my car, and went to get my stuff out of my trunk. Since I had my stage combat class that day, I removed a long sword from the trunk and slung it over my shoulder. I then turned and looked straight at the guy in the car. He immediately backed out of the parking lot in front of my building and took off.
I still have no idea what that guys problem was.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

Oh fuck yeah, here tho, its also old people driving like 5 mph in a 35, rubbernecking to see which blade of grass is longer or something. I hate being in a town full of drivers that seem to have gotten their card out of a box of cracker jacks.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
this is why i dont want to learn how to drive. im not really afraid of me fucking up and killing someone on the road (altho i do know that its always possible, unfortunately) im afraid of all the other fuckwits that cant drive on the roads.
ive heard horror stories of women driving with their husbands licence and getting pulled over and giving the officer their "family licence" :S SAVE ME!!

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

People still use those where you live?...
Huh wierd, that would require people not to use that hand for holding their cell phone. The other hand must obviously be kept free for changing stations on the radio. Sometimes I wonder what hand is actually driving.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
Coming from someone who is a "reformed Used-Car Salesman"...
Turn Signals are options on Cars... That is called markup, if they are there
-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
I loved the fact that Kari did better at parallel parking while drunk than she did while sober.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
Anyway, I found this test online to see how much you know about driving laws:
http://www.gmacinsurance.com/SafeDriving/2006/test.asp
I scored a 100%, though there were a couple I was iffy on my answer.

Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
all of the questions were worded retardedly..
-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
Yeah, about a 1/3 of the questions I had to ponder a bit before I figured out what it was they were actually asking.
-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
i think they do that on purpose just to fuck you up.
-
Re: Cut me off and i'll cut your throat
here's the Mr Reducto[1] answer.
the auto industry needs to keep selling cars. they sell more cars if people have legal licences to drive them. the standard of education is dropping through the floor (so it's easier for the government can control us), so the driving tests have been made easier. result: more accidents, more deaths, more sales of safety gear and new cars.
when i went for my driver's licence (1980) it was fucking hard. i'm considered a pretty good driver, but i had to take the test three times - and not just the writing bit (which i aced); the "driving around in heavy traffic and not making a single mistake" bit as well.
kids, these days, though...
