Do you find it difficult to say no to doing favors for other people? If so, what sort of situations do you find hardest i.e. business, sex, friends, the less fortunate, the more powerful, etc.?
I know I find it hardest to say no in situations where what I do is kind of business but also art because, when someone presses me on the business aspect, I'm frustrated that I even have to consider it.

Mostly when it's family or my best friend...Other than that, go blow!
Only among the "family", the 6-10 people that live here, I'm generous to a fault when I have anything that can be shared and I try to make sure that I go get refills/make munchie runs at least as often as everyone else. Cigarettes, weed, munchies, chores, favours, and tv shows are all used as currency and I try not to be in debt.
I don't trade sexual favours with Aza because it's not like I could deny him any way.

I do actually. I'm not talking strangers here. If a friend of mine is in need I'm happy to help, if I can. It's a two way street, my friends do for me as well.
I have a pretty hard time saying no to most favors people ask of me. The only time I'm really able to say no is when it involves driving someone somewhere but that is because my fear of driving is stronger than my inner nice guy.

Saying "No" is easy, and occasionally earns one respect! Almost everyone likes a yes-man pushover, but no one respects them.
As for turning down sex, that used to be one of my favorite activities. No, seriously! Have any of you gentleman any true idea how liberating the expression on a refused hottie's face can be? Saying "No" to a chick who's obviously never heard the word before should be an instructional step for how to turn the tables in the Battle of the Sexes. It leaves them standing like deer in headlights, just long enough for you to watch the insecurities pass one-by-one before their eyes while thinking, "Now focus on nothing but that feeling for approximately six straight years, bitch, and I might finally let you talk to me about the power balance between the genders."
Ordinarily though, I'm a generous enough guy, even with sex. I hate to deny a woman the perfect orgasm when I know I can give her one... and yeah, I can't deny K. at all. (Besides, she'll take it if I don't give it up!)
