Do you prefer to live alone or with other people? Does it make a difference for your preferences if the people you might live with are a significant other, children, parents, other relatives, friends, co-workers, just folks you met through a housing share service or university recommendation?
I used to think I would like living with other people ... I never had a problem living with my parents or a significant other. Then circumstances changed and I was living with a group of people for awhile. I wouldn't take back any experiences I had but I did realize something about myself, I need to be alone.
The reason I was able to live so comfortably with my parents/significant other was because they are extremely quite ... and don't intrude. It was like living by myself :)
While living with others I discovered that most people are disturbed by quite and do all they can to avoid it. -This is not a good fit for me.
So I guess I am able to live with other people ... just very silent ones.
I prefer to live alone,however if it's the right person I can accept living with someone else
Alone.
Unless it's a SO.
I like a lot of people, and I can get along with them.
And I could probably live with them also.
I had roommates in college, and just after.
I got along ok with all of them, but there
were always problems with bills, food, etc.
There is a certain freedom you have when living alone.
You can walk around naked, fart when you want,
clean up when you want to, make as much sex noise
as you want, turn up the volume on your porn,
and so on. You can't really do all that stuff with
roommates, unless you really want to piss them off.
I like to live with people who leave me alone :thumb:
i like having people around to talk to and stuff, and left unattended I have a tendancy to slip into crazy hermit mode. But I really do need some alone time. it drives me nuts when people think that your time alone is really just to escape them.
Aloneeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Without doubt.
Maybe one other person, maybe. But no more if available.

I hated living with my mom and siblings, hence why i moved out when i was 16.
I live with my bf and roomies.
But as i get older, i realized that partying is fucking rad(dah), but cleaning up after a bunch of drunken hoodlums really gets on my nerves.
Im buying a house in december, yes a big step.
