Bacon Potato Salad
5 lb red potatoes, boiled, sliced
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream*
1/2 lb bacon, fried**, drained, crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
Mix potatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon, eggs, celery, and dressing mix. Add equal parts of more mayo and sour cream if not moist enough. Put in bowl, chill.
*Low fat sour cream works fine. If lower fat mayonnaise is needed, substitute only half the Hellman's for light. The Hellman's has the best flavor.
**Can use turkey bacon or Morningstar Farms veggie bacon, both are good.
Spaghetti Salad
1 jar Wishbone Italian dressing
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1/2 jar Salad Supreme spices by McCormicks

Add:
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
Sliced cucumber
Let marinate overnight. Then, add to 16 ounces fresh cooked spaghetti (any pasta will work). Drain well. Serve cold.
Absolut Lemonade Punch recipe
15 oz Absolut vodka
7 1/2 oz triple sec
7 oz 7-Up soda
4 oz lemon juice
1 lemon
sweet and sour mix
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
1/8 oz grenadine syrup

Fizzy Cranberry-Lemonade Punch
You can blend this ahead and keep it chilled, but don't add the cold seltzer and ice cubes until just before serving.
Yields: About 9 cups or 12 servings
Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups cranberry-juice cocktail
1 container (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (1 liter) seltzer or club soda, chilled
1 small orange, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices, then each slice cut in half
Ice cubes (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In large pitcher, stir together cranberry-juice cocktail and undiluted lemonade concentrate until blended. Then, stir in seltzer, and ice cubes if you like. Garnish with orange pieces. Serve immediately.http://a820.g.akamai.net/f/820/822/1...s/1296merb.jpg

These are so freaking good.
Spicy Shrimp Fajitas
8 Flour tortillas
2 Green onions sliced
3 Tbls Lime juice
1 tsp Oil
1 Clove garlic minced or pressed (i use more)
1/2 tsp ground Cumin (bulk spices for like thirty cents and oz.)
1/2 tsp ground Coriander (bulk spices for like thirty cents and oz.)
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 lb deviened raw shrimp (31-40 per pound)
1 med. ripe avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
Radish and tomato salso
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
3 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup minced red or white onion (I use both)
1 fresh Jalepeno chile, seeded and minced
Okay, so in a bowl mix all of the stuff for the radish and tomato salsa
in another bowl, mix everything except sour cream and avocados
let it set for 5 minutes throw it in a frying pan over medium heat and cook til shrimp ar opaque in the center (3-4 minutes)
Put it in some totillas with the sour cream, avocado, and Radish tomato salsa.
It may look complicated (or not) but it only takes about five minutes, and way way worth it.

I am a winter person... I don't like summer... Everyone gets all like.. "Lets go out into the sun and go swimming" Then i did and they are like " OMFG... But your shirt back on, your blinding us..." And I am like " yea, well frag off smeg-haeds.. U dragged me out of bed and into this.."
That is my recipe for disaster.. You don't take a wshingtonian out of his comfortable 65 degree rainy days.. You just don't do it.
