Hey there, Brightstar asked if anyone knew a good dating site for Gothic etc. sorts of folks. I suspect he is not the only one curious about it, so I'd be interested to hear what those of you looking think of this site. It is free to sign up and just take a general look around, so let me know what your impressions are.

I think it was ment to be a dating site.. People are to blame that it became some sort of catwalk and showcase for inbred fucktards. Nonetheless, it's always fun to browse their archives. I think if you have gone on a few dates and have every expectation of continuing to date them from time to time the person can be a girlfriend or boyfriend, but you would not say my girlfriend or my boyfriend, unless it was a more formal thing.Quote:

For me it's always been that I wasn't serious about the person until I've been dating them, and only them, on a consistent basis for at least two months. You've gotta know if you really like them enough to keep dating them. People come and go for different reasons. Usually a boyfriend happens to me when the person I've been dating for a while introduces me as their girlfriend. If I have a problem with it, I'll talk about it. If not, I guess I'm a girlfriend. But I've never met an adult who worried about whether someone's a girl/boyfriend. It'll happen when it happens.
No what's really bad is when you're out on a date and the host at the resturaund asks "where would you boys like to sit tonight?" and then stuffs you in a corner and forgets about you for nearly an hour...

Dating's always been a problem for me, I never stayed in a place longer than 4 years until now (I've been here 6). And also the type of people I like, my family would fucking kill me, every time I bring up the word "tattoo" within 50 feet of my mom, her response is "God says no"........ and god forbid if I date someone that's not a virgin. I swear, when I graduate and get the fuck out of here, she's not meeting my girlfriend till she's my wife. Although for my mom's benefit, her dad pretty much mindfucked her, she's at his beck and call for quite a few reasons........ like buying the house my mom lives in now, and the car she drives...... so I understand why she takes it out on me but I hate it...........
