This will be a thread for things that happen in life that have no real explanation but occur. I suppose we can start each response with "Did you ever notice?".
Did you ever notice when you order chicken at a Chinese restaraunt it really doesn't taste like chicken?
Did you ever notice when you had cassettes, the cases would always go missing after a while and you'd be left with just the tape?

that when your engine lite comes on its allready too late to add the 3 quarts of oil it needs to save that POC..
I found a way to combat that. Clean it every few days, and use a tiny drop of bleach in your soapy water when you do. Make sure to squeeze all excess water out of it, so it gets dry. If it stays wet/moist all the time, it breeds bacteria even faster. You still want to change that sponge every couple months though. I have a dishwasher thank goodness. I hated washing dishes.Quote:
