Apparently the Sex Pistols played their first show at a now defunct venue in West Runton and their next to last show at another no-longer-existent pavilion in the same town. I've never heard of the town, but apparently they just put up a couple of plaques commemorating the honors the Pistols bestoyed upon their town.
Why am I not surprised the ceremony was in a bar?
