Rebelling against the Decor

So my mom in laws house is decorated entirely in spots. Leopard spots. Everything from the curtains and the toaster to the espresso cups and the blowdryer. all the rugs, blankets, pillows, dishes, oven mitts... everything is spotted. the first few weeks i thought i was sick i was seeing so many spots. Think Pimp on Safari.

The other day my mom in law, responsible for the spots, decided to go out and get all new wrapping paper so that the presents under the tree didn't clash with the african bronze, gold, lions and leopards. Leopard bows, balls and tree skirt. A dancing Santa in a leopard suit.

Today, in rebellion, I got all my Hello Kitty keychains out of storage, my hula dancing Kitty and my yellow felt Kitty and Cherries blanket. I redecorated the tree.

The hidden camera started rolling the minute she got home.

you have no idea how much i am sick of spots. i've redone the bathroom in green and the bedroom in lavander. if i can only get the 10x8 foot spotted rug out of the back room....

Toe Cutter -- if she was into psychedelics it would be cool, cause then it would be colours other than black and brown. But it's all leopard black and brown and dark tiger orange.

And she never turns any lights on. Ex the red and white xmas lights. Hehee! She screamed when she turned on the tree lights. *dances* It was so worth it. Video soon.
