    Default What Renaissance Festivals explored?

I had received a question on have I been to the Texas shows? Well I have traveled through there and visited Scarbourgh Fair. I have pretty much stayed on one circuit for the last eight years. My favorite ren fest so far....hum that's a hard one...I guess Shakopee,MN for the show.....and they have a few good nights to go dancing! But I'm not done yet...!

2-3 times in upstate NY (small) and once in Vacaville, CA (bigger). Actually I'm kinda lonely when it comes to knowing people who love going to ren faires & the whole medieval thing. So I don't go too much.

I try to get into these things but they never let me run around whoring and drinking to my hearts content.

Hehe, I have worked for Texas Renaissance Festival for the past six years as a barbarian for three years and a pirate for another three. Have been a regular at Scarborough and Excalibur for three years. If ever any of you make it the Texas festivals, ask around the campground for Camp Chaos, you can do all the "drinking and whoring" you want there.
