This is not first time I encounter limitations like this. Why is some media "forbidden" outside of USA? Different copyright laws or something else?

I think I even saw a book here long time ago which was forbidden for sale in USA or opposite. I think it was educational book for kids or something.

P.S. I don't like the music in that video. Too much country for me.

I think it has to do with distribution rights. Like one label may have North American distro rights and another may have Europe and so on.

(btw - the Justin Moore video in question is indeed territorial, but more interestingly it's part of a viral campaign based on "let the public decide what's on the album", so talking about the video is precisely the thing they intended. Why pay for marketing when other websites will do it for free?)

nope. I never saw the video. its not a terrible song if you don't have preconcieved opinions about it. I've never heard any of his other stuff. I play it when I'm sick of everything else. the fact that everyone hates it in europe will make an interesting conversation piece though.

I should clarify here. I hear music very differently than others. I don't play music I would listen to at home at work. if I say I like something it might mean just for work. shit,i'll play kid rock (who I hate) if I think i'll make money to it.

Honestly, I think if you were married to Kenny Chesney, "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" would piss you off way more than you'd have to be over "Back That Thing Up" if you were married to Justin Moore. But, other than a few sequences of kinda sexy close dancing between Kenny Chesney and one fairly decently covered-up video chick and of course use of the word "sexy", I just didn't find "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" naughty enough to appeal to what I look for in music. The chicks in "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" are bland and unmemorable and, although you would not be shocked if you found naked pictures of them on the internet, you would not expect it either. If any of the chicks in the Justin Moore video have not been photographed or videoed in the nude, I think I'll have to eat my cowboy hat. (It doesn't fit me anyway; we only have it because Playboy bought it for a photo shoot.)

To put it another way, on the one hand, I don't see what there is for CMT to make a ruckus about. On the other hand, the video tripped my jaded meter enough for me to find it sexy.

Like I said, I just don't see anything necessarily worse in Moore's video. Maybe I just watch too much porn or something and now I'm desensitized to music videos where a chick actually has clothes on? I know I've seen worse than Moore's video on CMT before though, not that I watch it often enough to know how much of what gets played.

That video looks a lot like something I would have been in in the 80's only I would have worn leather pants. I don't know how to feel about that.
