yeah shit... i found out the hard way why it says on the bottles of veet/nair stuff "do not use twice in a 24 hour period"... i bought a little nair bikini kit, and it didnt work very well the first time... so i put more on right after washing it off...

    BAD FUCKING IDEA!!!

    not fun.

I have been using nair on my below bits for over a year and only have problems if I have any open cuts or in gown hairs. Waxing normally last for me about 4 to 6 days for baby smooth. It lasts for 9 to 12 stubble but can't see it really. But I am a red head and have think hair that likes to be ripped out. If your hair is fine or slick at all you might not get all the little hairs and then the tweesers come out..... oowwie! My roommate using something called AngelSmooth or Pussy Shaver, little razor that is wonderful but I bit out of my range right now.

cheap, disposable gillete razors, unless i dont shave for like a week, then i use the little trimmer on the back of some old electric shaver i have.

ah tweezers owww... not cool. i dont have really super fine hair, but im still not looking forward to the tweezers just in case haha... the hair that gets left there always seems to be attached directly to a huge nerve ending.
ive never heard of an angelsmooth... what is it all about? one of them tiny little electric shavers? heh if those things work as good as they do on TV then i want one...

I used to use a Mach 3, then I went up to the Shick Midnight Quattro, and now I use the Fusion: Manual. I love love love how smooth it gets my face. But I don't love the razor burn/irritation. Hah.

Just the cheap pink bic razors for me. I also use witch hazel which helps razor burn and also stops any icky ingrown hairs.

mach 3 is the best i've found so far, at least pubic-region wise. i don't have exceptionally coarse hair, kinda dark blonde sooo yeah.

for leg/arm hair (mine is blonde and very fine) i seem to do better with the venus... i just don't feel like keeping track of 2 razors & buying the expensive damn refills.

after shaving i use a toner with salicylic acid, i.e. face toner, and baby powder. when applying lotion, apply only WITH the grain of the hair, meaning smooth down over freshly shaven legs. this helps prevent weird little red bumps that aren't quite razor burn.

    hooray!

Mach 5 has five blades, just what we always needed: each series is progessively more innovative than the last.

    can't wait for mach 6...

I've shaved my thingie several times...unfortunately I always end up with very noticeable rasor bumps, and ingrown hairs...it's so unsightly...I don't know what to do about it. I've tried putting visine on it, and bikini zone...I also exfoliate before and after...anyone have any ideas?
