About me

Hi peoples my names Dusk, its not my real name, duh, and Im warning you in advance that im not going to be here very often cos I dont have the internet on my laptop so I have to use the computers ant the public library.
Im currently unemployed but I did finish High School at year 12 so yay for me.
I want to get into the music industry but I cant afford the courses at collage.
I play bass in one band and Im starting a second with me on vocals because Im the only person I know who sings baritone.
I have a weird sense of humor and will probly start more than one random thread.
I have no time for people who act like an asshole to me for no reason.
I dont have very good spelling and thats all I have to say except there isnt any point to cutting someones brakes if your going to tell them.

Hello there..don't worry about your spelling..everybody does it..I do it. It happens.

My advice..is get a job..get the internet and start posting a million threads here...OrganizedKhaos can show you the way..she's a pro at it. :^)

Thank you for being so open and honest.
Just because you're unemployed doesnt make you any less of a person, neither does bad spelling... you just remain true to yourself, and work things out the best you can ... and if you beat yourself up for all the things you are NOT.... you'll just create a negative cycle of self defeat...
You're having a hard enough time as it is..... Dont make things harder on your self.

Being a starving artist, isnt as fun as it sounds...find a way to hone your passion, and give 100 %....
Being hard on yourself will just make things harder...

I hope you can escape stress and find fellowship here....
For the most part, the ppl here are supportive.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Shuzuko I have 2 bass guitars, my 1st a SX standard (I wanted a Black one but I had to get Sunburst) and a little shortscale Fender, no Idea what model but its all wood grain and missing the machine heads for the bottom two strings,
I have been on other forums mostly to give some friends a member boost and the Deathstars forum under the name MidNighter.

GAH! I have been looking for a job for most of this mourning and Im getting pissed at it.
EVERYONE wants someone with experience, and I can't get that unless someone is willing to teach me, or I have to have my licence and Im only on my lerners permit, wich means someone with a full licence has to be sitting there with me.
AND on top of that Im copping shit of my dad and older brother cos I cant find a job and have had so many people reject me.

Life sucks with two strikes against ya.

Apparently being Goth is strike 3.
I went into a store that had a help wanted sign in the window and was told that there was no jobs available, I went back after I cut the black out of my hair (I was letting it grow out), shaved my goatee off and got changed into jeans and blue shirt and got a job interveiw straight away, but I blew it when I called them predjudiced against Goths and explaind that I came in an hour before.
Now I have a cream jumper to wear when Im looking.

I hate that... maybe a change of scenery... would be advisable.
