I am going to stab the next person who asks me whether someone who is [fill in ethnicity of choice here] can model for BlueBlood.com or who points out that there are people who have modeled for BlueBlood.com who are [fill in ethnicity of choice here] so shouldn't they be on there too. I might care what the color of someone's hair is, but why the fuck would I care what the heritage of their parents or the color of their skin is? I would never reject someone for the heritage of their parents or the color of their skin, but I wouldn't give them preferential treatment or affirmative action for it either. Have Gentlemen's Agreements seriously infiltrated "alt"? WTF?

Well, some people think the whole Goth thing is about ethereally ghostly pale people.
Kinda hard to find an ethereally pale Aftican American, even an albino one.
But then again if you look at pics from the Batcave days there are some West Indies folks in the mix.

i knew a black goth. used to come to the club, but was a bit of a pretentious tosspot tbh.
he once turned up in corpse paint. it just did not look right as his natural colour just amplified the uneven finish on it. a bit of a guilty giggle i had there tbh

I think people of all nationalities are beautiful, and they all have their own unique things about them that makes them special.

All hair can dread. But the ones I have and make are fake..so you dont even need hair really to have fun hair. I've even done bald people :^)

Actually, I've known several 'Goth's of Color' and... I wouldn't THINK it would be much harder to fit into a culture that openly revels in its whiteness than it would to be mainstream. One fellah was particularly fond of paining a white skull over his face for that, Voodoo vibe that was really fun. ^_^ There are Goth's of all types, its just the imagery we are used to are the scrawny pale ones.
