......about photography...
I absolutely love the lighting in the pic below. When I try to take a pic at lower light there's always trails... I know that it may be a conflict by asking a technique secret... but if you'd oblige, either here or in private message, I'd much appreciate it.
I dont know if it matters or not, but I'll post my gear.

Oh.... and I love the picture by the way, I chose this picture to illustrate the point, because of the way her breasts, and stomach look.... they're especially yummy, in that lighting. (as well as her left hand)
I LOVE that kind of LOOK and depth.
Its light worship in such a gorgeous form.
Oh, and is it with lighting or natural light?

first off..awesome pic :thumb: ..the lighting is definitely cool..i like the shadowing or whatever( i just have so much photography knowledge, eh?)..

Honestly, I am like the least technical photographer on the planet. I am kind of photographer savant. From years of loving images, I know the right moment to press the button on the camera to capture something evocative. But I know dickall about the technical fine points. I just kind of look at stuff. There is a sort of photographer's eye I turn on when working on images, which is sort of different from the day-to-day way I like to look at things. Thanks for the kind words on that shot though. That means a lot.
Translation for something you, OK, can use: Do a bunch of shots until you figure out how to do it, then try to replicate that feat until you can do it reliably.

Thank you Amelia, I'm *trying* to learn the more technical stuff about photography, I'm completely self taught, other than a couple suggestions here and there....
and I do the exact same as you... I find something that moves me, I capture it to the best of my ability. I'm a sucker for the auto settings.
I honestly love that picture... that kind of light on body worship is something I can get lost in for hours. Like the lighting on her hand for instance....
I'm transported into that moment, and I love it because she doesn't move hahaha

Heh, ask BP how easy our camera is to use it... its kinda like needing the codes of a thousand different combinations with a hundred different settings, help is appreciated.
i have a pentax ME super 35mm SLR. rather nifty bit of kit, manual shutter backups, and a light meter built in....
what it all means is as foregn to me as the language the cheese eating surrender monkeys speak
I'm not familiar with all the terms either
