What the fuck, people... 227?
I started out a month and a half ago at 265lb. I was stocky, blocky, and gross.
Last WEDNESDAY, I was 233lb, down from 237, down from 245, down from 255, etc.
Today, Sunday, I was 227lb. And that was after showering, so my hair and skin were wet. I could have been 225.
I bought two sets of jeans a month ago - 40waist (I was 44) and 36, thinking to myself haha I'll have the 36 around as a target thing...
the 36s are falling off me. I was carrying something the other day and had to put it down quick, cause I was wearing a 2(x)ist jockstrap and did NOT want to moon my place of work.
Holy freakin crap.
Of course, this means that suits are gonna require $50 in alterations on the pants. Regardless of what the ads show you as a model, a 48-50chest suit means a set of pants with 44 or 46in waists.

Quite an achievement, although it begs the question, "Should we be concerned about your eating habits?"
o___o
Or, for that matter, the cost of your pants? XP
Re: What the fuck, people... 227?
Are you still in the good weight zone or are you on too much of a weight loss roll?
Re: What the fuck, people... 227?
I was trying to lose weight with the karate and so far I have gaing some muscle in my arms and legs, so I have gained weight.
I think we should be worried about the pants, after all do you like getting mooned cos someone isnt wearing a belt?

I'm gonna get my bodyfat tested tomorrow, Amelia. I'm in a healthy weight, but I'm not gonna win any physique contests.
I'm looking to slim right down, though, I'm really enjoying eating healthily and moving a lot... and it appears to be agreeing with me.

Re: What the fuck, people... 227?
Congrats on your weight loss. Yeah, fitting into a certain size pants is a better way for me to judge how much weight I lose. I stopped paying attention to the numbers on the scale since I lift a lot. It sure does feel nice to fit into a pair of pants you couldn't fit into before.
How many times a day do you usually eat? I try to eat 4 times a day but I really should be eating 5 or 6 times a day. I looked into the Hot-Rox. Didn't like the reviews on how it speeds up your heart rate.
Re: What the fuck, people... 227?
At least six times a day.
