And I imagine that word-salad isn't designed so much to attract our interest - it's too nonsensical and off-topic to hope for that - as to be caught by google spiders, who'll associate the keywords with the url and increase the page's google ranking in relation to them as search terms, making it show up higher on the list of results.
Basically, whomever programmed that thing wants that combination of words to show up on a lot of different sites, not actually communicate anything to any living human being. I'd say delete it, it's a misuse of this place's webspace.
