I was reading the newspaper the other day when I saw picture that looked familiar.
A girl had been stabbed in a supermarket. This is her picture.

they cut the mental Health bill damn near instant and only really treat or monitor ones proven to be a danger to themselves or others, A childhood friend fell prey to this cut and they were not monitoring her medication. police eventually had to remove a knife of her when she was scared whitless by the delusions her Schitsophrenia had developed into (she'd spoken up prior to this to professionals that she felt her medication was not working, and infact making it worse, and was ignored).
