yeah i would say definitely a doctor or even a psychiatrist would help.
the thing is - yeah, you can take pills, herbal supplements or whatever. but those kinds of things aren't always safe or reliable and may not even work. why throw your money away? (did you hear about the enzyte thing? the guy who made it is in jail for fraud.)
guys are dumbasses and never go to the doctor when they obviously need to. (i saved my ex's life by making him go to the doctor - he had cancer.)
