San Francisco and Los Angeles Travel
i will be in San Francisco from Saturday night the 8th of November until the afternoon of the 12th... and then Los Angeles from the 12th to the morning of the 18th...
coffee / drinks anyone?
(that is if you are interested in meeting me in person... if not of course no big deal... but my feelings will be hurt... because while i pretend not to care what people think i really do...)
Re: San Francisco and Los Angeles Travel
forgot to mention:
San Francisco - St Francis Hotel
Los Angeles - Venice Beach
Re: San Francisco and Los Angeles Travel
I'd come see you, but I'm probably farther from those two places then you are!
That, and you scare the living shit outta me.
Re: San Francisco and Los Angeles Travel
I'm in Hollywood, so one of us will have to make a bit of a trip, but I'm in! Coffee is my preferred poison.

I will willingly come out to Fred Segal to meet up, although I have actually not been there in a long time. Haven't even made it to their supersales in years, but I am utterly untroubled by the things which bother some of my friends there and their coffee is decent and they sometimes have good soup, although their service is slightly variable. If you are being sarcastic serious, Urth Cafe has similar qualities, but is ridiculously crowded at peak hours, so we'd want to be there when we could get to actually sit down and not just mill about importantly. Intelligentsia makes my coffee of choice with great service and a pleasant, if slightly crowded, outdoor patio. Bourgeois Pig has cool indoor decor but truly wretchedly bad coffee and variable to bad service. I'll stop before this becomes something which should be a coffeehouse review article.

Then we'll go with Intelligentsia if the weather is nice and Newsroom if not so much.
