I guess I'll start...I did 10 days in county back in 2003 for getting pulled over driving on a suspended liscense twice, in So.CA, and right now I'm serving 30days (only doing 20 days goodtime) I got 12 days to go....for 2nd DUI, 7 years apart...in so.CA
(oh yeah, I'm doing a program called "workfurlough" in which they let you go to work and then back to the facility when you're not at work...only reason I can come online)
So what about you? Have you done any HARD time & for what??
Always released on my own recognizance and never convicted.
Never been to jail.
Never done time. Also, drunk drivers are fuckbags.
Never got caught.
Never done anything to deserve it.
Though there was that one time that I was accused of sexually molesting a girl 1-2 years younger then me.
Bah... Bloody bastard who really did pinned it on me.
Never found out who it was.
Edit: Oh, and no, I didn't do time for it, but I was called in to the station.
Never done time, I've had to do community service though, but that was when I was 14(ish).
Does being married count as jail time?
Because I think i'm a lifer. I work for measly change (I usually spend it on her instead of myself), I work out in the "yard" (mowing), getting yelled at a lot for not following orders (Damn time-o-month riot team), and even have to put up with a slobby cellmate (that guy that lives in the other room playing video games all day).
I got life without parole (stripclub).

When I was 14 my friend and I got caught shoplifting. They read us our rights and all that jazz,and made us sit in a room for a few hours until my friends mom came to get us. I don't know what she did to that cop but he let us go with a smile on his face. No charges laid.

Haha, that was my situation, except I wasn't shoplifting, my sister and her friend were. They even had me on camera telling my sisters friend to put back what she was stealing (for the love of god, she was stealing Clearasil, candles and icing, who the hell does that?), but they still said I was the "lookout". I was pissed! We all had to do community service and the girl who shoplifted had to pay some fines as well. :(Quote:

Gotta love America. Where you can be arrested for living in a place...thats on your drivers license, that you get mail at, where all your property is...if youre not on the lease and the other person living there gets mad at you and calls the cops.
Oh and at court, they actually fined me for bending my own screen (destruction of property). A place where I had a lease. How awesome is that?

Yeah so not only did I have to pay my landlord if I didnt fix it (which I did the next day) I had to pay the courts 125 bucks. Only in fucking Missouri.
Oh, and I forgot...12 hours for assault on a police officer. Hey, I didnt touch him, and he grabbed my phone as I was talking on it, so I threw my hands in the air in frustration...apparantly thats a closed fist punch to the chest *rolling eyes*. All the cops at the booking place were making fun of him because he was a rookie and I apparantly scared him.

Hey OliX. I actually had 4 beers and waited 4 hours to drive. I blew 2 points above legal... a .10 compared to legal .08. I highly dont consider that drunk.
At least some sanity there. I'm not judging anyone before all comes to light. I referred to drunk drivers. I should have wrote ignorant drunk drivers then.
My best girl friend died when she was 18 because of a drunk fuck that drove. What's worst they were so drunk that they couldn't help her get out of car at all and she bled out for hours before she died. I doubt they tried to help her at all knowing what douches they were and that it was just a excuse to do nothing. Too late now.
I actually had a coworker die due to a drunk driver at around 10 am. She was one of the cutest apprentice piercers you ever met, and I had her lick my fresh tattoo...yeah weird but we were drunk...anyways...

Until recently when it was so obvious that I had to work my way to at least not go to station. I managed that but still got fined for damn coke. After like more than a year I last time tryed ( I take it like 2 times a year) I follow a hot chick I just met on a field trip and her girl friend to a toilet and as soon as we get out there's 2 undercover cops. It was bloody Monday and bloody 2 a.m. in a local pub on main street.
They ruined my chance for threesome back at the hotel. -.-
That blows. I used to deal snow, after getting caught with about 2000 in 20 bags and being let go...I stopped. Never look a gift horse in the mouth. I was small time, but it payed the rent when jobs were nowhere. Id rather clean toilets than go through that again.
Edit to add, I hated the crap. IMO, its the dumbest drug. Therefore I was able to deal and not dip into my profits.
You're kind of right. But sometimes it works... That's why it's twice a year for me :D
