yes, yes they are. if you've never had turkey scapula before, I highly reccomend it. its the best part of the bird that nobody knows about, so I always get them since no one has a clue. its right above the wing joint in the back. you should claim those today, PMH. it sounds like you deserve it. sorry your family is being lame.Quote:
