heavy metal yoga

it occurs to me that most people don't do sun salutations while smoking a cigarette and listening to walls of jericho >.>
my living space is small, so i gotta do it outside. at least it's not raining today, but i have to say it was kind of invigorating doing yoga in the chill wind of east bay, ca weather...
anyway. i'm doing yoga again. it's been a loooong time since i've done any sort of regular yoga practice, and i used videos before.
so i'm wondering if anyone has any yoga practices they've done that extends beyond sun salutations... something that will keep me from getting bored. i abandon all forms of exercise once i get bored with them.

Ya, I keep saying that I'm going to start doing yoga but it I never do. Sorry, no help from me.

Study the spiritual past/history of Yoga and start working that into it. It'll make it deeper then stretching. If the book you find is by a person named Windfeather Ravenwolf or something then thats a good sign to steer clear lol.

i used to go with um... oh shit. i forgot all their names. all i can remember is rodney yee.
but all my books are in va. D: and i never found a good practice i could do w/o a video telling me what to do. ^.^;
i'm lame. i need to just... do my research i guess ;P but it's easier to ask people for advice.

I used to do yoga but I am so not into it. Being suffocated by my own tits is not fun though you'd think it would be. I do like to stretch though but a lot of yoga just isn't my bag anymore.

I'd never been interested in yoga until this thread but that's changed now of course
