A crow or an octopus, I love the clever little tool users and I have always been partial to scavengers.
my familiars have all been Cats. From Furber the world's greatest Ultharian disguised as a Russian blue Hemingway (generic grey with extra toes), he even moved like the "cat suit" was a poor fit, to the Grand Inquisitor, or Quizlet, for short, who has been slowly paying off my debts by bringing my ex's mom everything from squirrels and baby ospreys to a Deer leg. Yes, the leg of a deer. A full sized buck to be exact.
the neighbour kid had just shot his first buck and when they were done cleaning it, they threw out the legs. So Quiz only dragged it about 15 feet to drop it on her door step. I miss that cat.
