is silicone or saline better?

okay now this wont be for a while from now but......from waht i havwe read on about hormonal replacement therapy, the most breast growth one usually ses in roughly about a b cup which i aint having. i aim to have atleast c's or d's so im gonna ahve to have surgery done on that department i am sure.

my last ex was telling me that some doctors can even remove fat from unwanted areas and transfer it to the breast region but im iffy on that.....

so was hoping for some advice form people who have had breast surgery in which you think is better saline or silicone?

if I was going to get them done, I'd get the new silicone cogels. I've been researching getting my boobs done for a few years now.

I believe fat transfer tends to be lumpy, not that big, and sort of bleeds off after a while. Kind of like collagen in lips I think. Haven't researched it much, so don't take that as gospel.

A lot of people like the way silicone hangs and feels better, but many doctors still feel saline is safer. I kind of think that how good a doctor you get is way way way more important than saline vs. silicone. It is like some tattoo inks are better than others in terms of lasting power and brightness of color, but the most important aspect for how it looks is going to be how good the artist is.

it's still a fairly new process for me but yeah i have a few procedures i need to do like laser hair removal and hair replacement therapy for my thin spot on my crown region.

i dont think im going to need to have my trachea shaved though because i dont have a protruding adams apple at all and i think my face is okay for the most part although i ahve debated about getting a nose job and maybe my t-zone touched up but i might just get it pierced or something instead.

but the breasts thing is something i really wanna do because well, even with being overweight, i have a big frame structure. not amazonic thuogh. im only like 5'8" but broad shoulders and thick bones so i dont think a small cup size would look to good on me.

Xavia can elaborate on this subject, but I know enough about them to at least give you some starting advice.

As Amelia said, silicone feels and looks more natural. And while they may be safer, you are still required to have an MRI rather frequently. At least annually, but it may be every three years. They may cause cancer. You might not also know when they are leaking, as they deflate slowly, hence the MRI.

Saline is safer and cheaper, but does not look or feel as real. That being said, they look fantastic and real on Xavia. They do not feel real, but I personally do not care. If I want to feel a real breast, I'll just grab her tissue that's above her implants. She got them sub-muscular, which is where they look the most real. Anything above the pectorals are colloquially known as pornstar boobs because they look like huge melons. No, that is not slander, it is just a fact.

I have saline and can only recommend them. both have their pros and cons. With saline you dont need MRI's to check for leakage every few years, and that could get expensive. Silicone feels more natural...but saline can look very natural if you dont overfill the bag. try this place:

If you do decide to get implants, go for a size bigger than you are comfortable with. Most women who get implants will say that they wish they had gone just a little bit bigger, so if you go a size larger than your comfort zone, you are likely to be very happy with them once you get used to them.

well i definately dont want pornstar boobs lol. i was thinking of being a stripper once im all done butt hat probably would not be good being as im gonna be in my thirties by the time i ahve it all done anyway. just one of those things i've always enjoyed watching and think would be fun to try i guess.

yeah im more concerned about looking evened out cus i am pretty round shaped in the posterior region and ahve thick legs so im kinda pear shaped? and im gonna be doing corsette training too and am more focuse don being evened out than anything else. and yeah them feeling more natural would be nice too but thats more or less gonna be for someone else to determine on wether they feel real or not.

im in arizona right now which is good cus one of the best vaginoplasticians works out of scottsdale out here but i dont plan to live here forever and i may just find a way to get to thailand to ahve that done because they've got some of the best surgeons in the world so travle is no biggie for me once i have the money saved up.

With my implants, you can definitely feel the bag in there. But personally I dont think its worth the worry of having silicone. Saline bags though are silicone, but there is no leakage into the breast from the inside. If your saline implant pops you know immediately. If you have silicone leakage you may not know for years. There are complications that can arise from implants and getting the initial surgery but those are all listed on JBI. All in all, the risk for any complication is about 3% of the population that gets implants. Ive seen a lot of botched surgeries so I wouldnt recommend going anywhere like Las Vegas for your surgery, like I said I can only say good things about Dr. Zeff. Thailand? Seriously?

I have heard really bad things about surgeries in countries like that. Maybe Im thinking of the phillipenes but still..I dono...be careful.

Dr Zeff actually provides accommodations to travelers from afar, They can set you up with a place to stay and everything.

coolness thanks for the advice,xavs. and yeah, i dont do vegas at all. no offense to vegasians or anything but i dont gamble and although i like tom jones, i dont see a reason to really go to vegas for anything so.

well, yeah ive heard some horror stories fromt here too but they have some of the best srs surgeons in the world because of how common transgender issues are out there.

at the same time thoguh they also have some real seedy places too but that's to be expected. i have a membership on a transgender forum i got to eveyr now and then and we talk about place sthat are good to go to and not.

lol yeah once upon a time I was going to be a stripper in vegas but I found out pretty quick its really not worth it. Too many people, too much competition, too much violence..etc etc etc.

oh I didnt know they had a lot of transgendered people. Thats interesting, I wonder why that is? Is it male to female mostly?

most common transgender is mtf (male to female) and yeah thailand is known for "ladyboys"

sounds interesting. i know they do remove certain parts of tissue i think most of the scrotal tissue is removed aside from the skin which is used to create the vaginal canal but i try not to focus on the procedure too much cus if you see pictures to the procedure it is really scary looking. but i think that goes with any procedure. best to look forward to the afterness than to focus on what they actually do.

I'm still happy with my penis, even if no one else is. So I'm not going to worry much about it. And on that note, it's time to trudge through rain and mud to eat crappy chow hall food.

Thailand has pretty first class medical care and they don't have American hang-ups about MTF transgender, but they do have extreme poverty. It is supposedly not terribly uncommon for cute farmboys to get sex changes, not because they feel wrong in a male body, but because they can get paid enough working in the city as a female for a few years to be able to set their rural family up with a business and such. Less expensive and less stigma.

If I needed major surgery, I would seriously look at Thailand for medical tourism. You can get a nice hotel room sorta place to stay with your own attendant and loved ones nearby instead of just a dehumanizing hospital room.

that is true. they don't rally care about the whole rlt stuff like they do out here either but in all fairness i think im gonna use that time for the rlt to save up and get the minor things done while i save up for the srs.

iran supposedly does alot of surgerys too and even offers to pay for half of the cost for poverished families but they do it on people who are simply gay as well not transgendered.

Wow. Learn something new every day. Perhaps I should think about Thailand if I ever want any more plastic surgery! Although, my doc does everything in his clinic..and its really nice there..I guess his place must be pretty out of the ordinary though since Ive heard a lot of horror stories. I guess I got lucky..but if I ever have enough money for it maybe I will look into Thailand..nothing major like a sex change, maybe a nose job lol

i'd recommend to still be careful though cus just as thailand has some really good surgeons, they also have some real chopshops too.

does anyone know anything about the new silicone "gummy bear" implants? they don't leak since they're solid, and the job I saw looked nothing short of amazing. anyone know anything else.

you can get them in l.a. they are still super expensive and you have to go every month to have them checked out by your sugeon. I really want them to get approved here, because when they do, that's what I'm getting.
