where's the most painful palce you ever got tattooed?
Well, I am of two minds on this. Technically (according to what everyone else thinks) the one on my sternum is considered the most painful (the worst was when some of the lines hit the flesh of my breasts..yeah, that hurt). But the one that spans my lower back hurt the most for me (3 hours vs. 2 hours for my chest). I think the amount of time spent adds to the pain factor, my shoulder ached the most, but that was due to the intense 5.5 hour session and intricate detail.
I love talking about tattoos...
middle of my back, between shoulder blades, right on my spine, it's only small, but it killed
I heard anywhere where the flesh is tight. I want to gte one on my lower neck just at the collar line and I was told that it would hurt alot. My first tattoo I got on my outter calf was supposed to but i fell alseep, I guess it depends on the person, I will come back and tell how the neck felt
I was told that the big back tattoo i'm planning on getting is going to kill like a sonovabitch. Damn.
The first tattoo I got on my lower arm hurt. The second tattoo covers my entire back and seems to have hurt considerably less - and the pain became less as the hours stretched out.
I watched a friend get a tat on his backside back in the Eighties, and was told that was the most painful place. Seemed to be for him because as the one cheek was being worked on the other was breakdancing all over the place and he found it hard to concentrate on looking tough!
I just got catwoman tattooed on my inner calf (not Halle Berry!) and the part by my shin was murder. None of the others I have hurt.
***pics coming soon***
Hmm, well I did mine one after another and while they were both on the shoulder blades, ouch^10 power on the second one. The power of summation for sure.
the only tats i have where done prison style (needle and graphite) they hurt like hell removing them a month later with a bowie knife hurt much worse so now theyre just scars intead of tattoos they wher on my knuckles bby the way
I have them on my shoulders, lower back, both legs/calves bikini line and wrist, and in all honesty, none of them bothered me, in fact, I like the feeling. They say that the lower back is painful for women, but I fell asleep during mine! Haha! So, I couldn't say, but my pal "Gun'R" has a big one on his chest and he said it hurt like a bitch going over the collar bones! And he has a gun tattooed on the side of his head and it was excrucating. I am sure that would be the worst!!!!
The closer to the bone, the more it hurts.
The more fleshy it is, the less it hurts.
The back hurts a lot.
I've heard the sternum and the head hurts a lot.
I thought that my arm, stomach, and soft places did not hurt that bad.
I thought I was being a wus to say my back hurt a lot, until I was talking
to a girl with a medium tattoo on her back, and she said it hurt more than
surgery, and more than childbirth. Then I felt all tough and shit... Hahaha!
any jonts hurts the in sides take time to heal
the most painful place i've been tattooed was the back of my neck. that sh*t hurt the whole 2 hours i was sitting there.
oh the humanity!!!

Of my seven tattoos (plan on getting more) I slept through six of them, but the one directly over my heart hurt like a sonuvabitch. I cried and screamed for three hours. As a matter of fact, the tattoo artist laid me on the table, asked if I was ready, touched the gun to me, and at the first prick of the needle, I told him to stop. He couldnt by law. Had people in the parlor watching a 6'2", 300 pound biker/barbarian looking guy crying in pain. It made several people that were waiting to get tattoed get up from the artists chairs and leave.
My most painful tattoo, definatly, was the one across my chest. The parts around the airpits and the outerpart of the boob didnt hurt at all, but as soon as he got to the middle of the ribs and the sternum, I thought i was going to cry.
Close second was my inner wrist...not so much my whole wrist, but the part riiiight where the wrist meets the hand. It stung like a sonuvabitch.
