I find myself lost on the web at least once a day where a site i once was able to find in mere seconds aludes me so i am posting here the descrption of the site i am looking for
so any of u nice people can help :D

I'll help though. The site was kidnapped and is being held hostage by Mexican Drug Cartels. It's probably already dead though since no one wants to pay the ransom.
I heard in the news that it became victim of a drive-by shooting. They said it died on the way to the hospital.
