I dont remember how they really invented Golf, but I think the version from Tolkien is cooler.
In his version, Bullroarer Took was fighting a Goblin King, and ended up decapitating the Goblin, and his head went flying, and wound up landing inside a Rabbit hole.
i dont know how it was invented but i know how they got the name.
when it was invented women werent allowed to play...
