it looks like ohio is going to be decided by absentee ballots this tear even though fox news is aleready stated that bush has one it actually i think CNN is the only network that hasnt jumped the gun on this one it was expected of fox news but MSNBC? its 2,777,645 to 2,632,547 for bush with 99% percent of precincts reporting and up too 250000 absentee ballots which cant be counted for 11 days so i think it could easily go either way what do you guys think
I dont know, but the local news is acting like bush already won.
The reason Fox has alluded to Bush winning (I've yet to hear anyone there say he has won outright and I've had that station along with other on all night) is that OF those absentee ballots in Ohio it would take a MASSIVE amount for Kerry to win the state...not an impossibility but something not all that easily done statisticly speaking.
So far I gotta say coverage has been pretty low key with no network saying a clear winner has been decided and all pushing the fact that we may not have a clear winner for a few days.
actually of the projected absentee ballots kerry would need roughly 66% which is a fair amount but is possible
and noe electorial votes are 254 to 252 bush leading
