Just curious as to If anyone has any band tattoos, or music influenced Tattoos.
I have the AFI Art Of Drowning Angel Fountain on the back of my leg.
The AFI Blacksails cover On My right bicep and the all hallows pumpkin surrounded by water joining the black sails tat going underneath my arm(to my armpit).
I have lots more tats but these are the ones that I have gotten musicaly, they are all AFI.
I always mean too but reason wins over each and every time. Mainly due to the fact I just can't say I love a band enough to get their logo, album art, etc. branded on me. I'd feel like I was doing the work of their PR department. I'll admit though that done well it can be extremely impressive (like some of the tats ICP fans get...the music is shit but I gotta respect their tenacity to make it cool.) or fans of KISS...they tend to have some insanely inventive ways to brand themselves with assorted KISS imagery.
One day though...when I am really really really drunk I will get that Winger tattoo and finally be one of the cool kids. I mean seriously...what band is cooler than the all mighty WINGER!!!!!!!!!

if i got anything form a band, it would be HIMs HEARTAGRAM. that way even if I got sick of them i could say it was for BAM MARGERA

I have a full shin/calve piece of an eerie cemetery, and I just got "RIP Dime" on one of the tombstones, in memory of Dimebag Darrell (Pantara)
RIP DIMEBAG, I never was a huge fan of pantera however Dimebag Darrell was a phenomenal guitar player.

I'm planning on getting Art & the heart bat (AFI charachtors) next to each other HUGE on my back, with stars sparkling in the background. & under the whole scene it will say "I watch the stars as they fall from the sky" or it will say "I held a fallen star & it wept for me" (I haven't decided wich saying yet)
I also want to get Scarling tatted on me somewhere, I haven't decided yet.

I'm planning to have some sort of band art tattooed on. You know that cool sun-thing the Godsmack guys keep using as a logo? Well, being the redneck that I am, and, since I also happen to like all sorts of imagery depicting the sun, circles, spirals and other infinite-related icons, I'm seriously considering that. Or I would, if pain didn't scare me shitless.

my half sleeve starts ontop of my shoulder wraps under my armpit. And goes to my elbow. It hurts a bit but after its done its done forever.
I got the black flag bars on my neck. any time I need to come back to basics I just listen to black flag, bad brains or old ramones...they kick me again and again!!

The first tattoo I got was a psychic TV cross on my lower abdomen...needless to say I wish I had not followed through with that decision.
I've got a Samhain/Danzig logo tatt. Seen a few people with the same/similar tatt.
