I'm starting to collect books. I only have 1, it's called Intamacy by some lade. It's a coffee table book, ya know the ones that are nothing but pictures. I'd like to obtain some more. does anyone have any good suggestions of books that are strickly photography?
I recently got myself a big fat Bauhaus book. Believe me, you want one of these for your coffee table.
This is my favorite coffee table book, I even had the photos framed and put on my wall. They are photos of prostitutes in New Orleans long ago when it was legal. To me these photos are kind of surreal and almost ethereal.

Michelangelo - look for the Phaidon book of his work... contains lots of great pics of his paintings, sculptures and architecture
New American House Series - really cool pics of modern design, by Trulove
Vinyl Hayride - collection of country album covers, only for people who can appreciate such a thing;)
Anyway, hope that helps. I work at Borders so I see and buy this stuff all the time.

Suicide Grils has a book out of portraits. pick it up. I dont have it butme and my girlfriend were looking at it in this bookstore and it seemed pretty cool.

There is a nice coffee table book of pictures from the burning man festival or Gieger would be another safe bet.
Whoops sorry bout the SG... I am a big fan of blue blood and GS... (gothic sluts) however i did think i would mention it since GS doesnt have a book out yet. FUCK TABOO. I love Blue blood, GS and I love SG Why cant every one just get along!
Is there a problem here with SG? just curious...
How about the last Helmut Newton coffee table book? Bigger than most coffee tables ...

Yea I love SG aswell as BB & wish things were perfect between them too.
