I think I'm going to go take a brief salty bath as my coffee-acquisition did not turn out to be as relaxing or cramp-relieving as I had hoped and expected.
I'm going to use Aura Cacia's Euphoria which is an ylang-ylang blend.
What kind of bath salts do you like?
Lately for pain I've been using a mentholated epsom salt blend. Great stuff if you like the smell of eucalyptus. I like that and anything lavander, neroli, rose, along with a few drops of attar of rose oil and I'm a happy girl.

None, they get washed away by the shower too quickly!

I like cheesy bubbly bath!!! And a crisp glass of Chardonnay!! That will get rid of those cramps girl!
