Woman on Heathrow snails charge
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a woman who allegedly entered the UK with 16st (104kg/230lb) of snails, after she failed to attend court.
Nigerian Surat Oluyemisi Anibaba, 42, was arrested at Heathrow Airport after arriving from Nigeria last Thursday.
Customs officers searched Ms Anibaba and she was arrested and charged with importing prohibited foodstuffs.
She was due before Uxbridge Magistrates on Tuesday, but failed to appear after going to visit a solicitor.

because snails are the natural enemy of the Cabbage, which is one of the foundations of British cooking.
also, snails are one of the foundations of French cooking, and the French are the natural enemy of the British.
