Russian Dungeons & Dragons
I recently read an article saying that the Israeli army frowns on D&D and refuses higher security clearances to soldiers who admit an interest in it. They cite clouded judgement, lack of grasp on reality, and being from the former Soviet Union as reasons for this.
Does anyone have a link to what a Russian D&D book looks like or know if such a thing even exists? I have found Hebrew ones but not Russian.

Here's a Russian Language Site
Looks like it is mostly translated into webfiles. I'm sure you could find some unofficial translations in Moscow. Would Russian society generally frown on this? Oh yeah.

Kyiv and Moscow, these days, are actually as wild if not more so than most US cities. You can pretty much do/say anything. The Russian government is semi-authoritarian but to weak to bother anyone. Ukraine is becoming ultra-liberal.

That seems funny to me. But, don't our fellows (in this case, the United States) play it overseas all the time, and we are "kicking ass," so word up, right?
