Tension........and that.....

now i'm about the last fucking person that needs to find a away to get off some tension, i'm about permanantly kinda laid-back(years of drugs maybe?..who knows.)

and maybe it's becuse i'm stuck in this goddamed uncomfortable ass hospital bed for at least another 2 days.....but damn do i need to let out some "steam".....

i'd reallly like to do a show, but our guitar has dropped out apperantly(basterd)...........

and i quess it's becuse i can't go to the shop and fuck up some wood.......

but fuck it .... How do you guys/girls let out some steam?.....INteresting ways is what i'm interested in.....not reallly the typicall "i go for walks and read shit"haha....

Paintball!! nothing better than shooting someone in the head and not going to jail. It's a great release. Plus it really gets the blood pumping.

I play guitar or make music on my computer. Weed helps too

Sex is a great way to let off steam, I've found, but if you don't have that option, then I've found that drawing really makes me calm down. It makes me focus, and be really detailed, so I can't really hold anything else in my mind except what I have at hand.

Throw a pillow at a window :1orglaugh Haha. But really... blast some heavy metal realllyyyy funkin loud. It helps to get you more steamed, and want to head bang, and scream along. I find the screaming part to be the tension reliever.
