INTRODUCTION: Chad Michael Ward

I blame Amelia (or recent conversations with her, at least) for dragging my ass in here. Cuz, y'know, I need another forum to follow. ;)

Hi.

I'm Chad Michael Ward, a Los Angeles-based artist and photographer (notice the pretenious use of a three names!). With any luck, some of my pr0n work will be showing up on some of the BlueBlood sites in the coming months.

When I'm not busy shooting incredibly beautiful women who feel the need to undress for me, I do a lot of art and design for bands like Marilyn Manson, Static-X, gODHEAD, Collide and Fear Factory and design DVD menus for legendary porn company Evil Angel.

My first artbook, BLACK RUST, was released in August 2003. I'm currently putting the final touches on my second book, AUTOPSYROTICA and working on a book of horror photography called THE PAIN BOX.

I've been familiar with Forrest and Amelia's work since their early BlueBlood/BLT days, but only very recently started really communicating with them (well, Amelia, anyway).

Looking forward to exploring the message board a bit more. Especially the naughty bits.

For the few folks that don't already know, Chad is a awesome artist and I've enjoyed his work for a long time. He makes stuff a special kind of darkly beautiful.

Yay! Good to see you here. I really enjoyed chatting with you the other day. There are all too few people left active in the scene who do what they do for the right reasons.

what godhead work did you do? i haven't talked to any of them in almost 3 years. good guys. though, i still think it's funny as shit that i dropped mikes brother on his head accidently at his 21st birthday party.:D

Y'know, I don't know how I ended up on your mailing list, but one day I started receiving your old newsletter and that was pretty much my first introduction to you guys. That was back in, god I dunno, 94? Maybe? An entire lifetime ago.

I did some publicity shots for them back in 2002. I was originaly slated to do the art on their last album but that fell through and P.R. Brown ended up doing it instead.

I still have a piece of gODHEAD art I did as a spec piece for them that no one else has ever seen. I should put that up on my site someday.

That's kinda interesting in light of the fact that I would never ever have anything to do with DeviantArt. Too many wannabes, thieves and all around immaturity on that site.
