ok...so i'm stuck here in africa...

this place sucks...it's far beyond hot here, it's the kinda hot that can only come from a barren ass waste land like this one....for weeks i've been hoping to see some rain, now just a cloud in the sky to block the sun would be cool, but rain is all i really want...well guess what, becareful what you wish for you might just get it....it finally rained, and you know what i learned, the fucking dessert has no idea what to do when it rains, so if it rains for more than a few minutes it floods like a bitch...not very deep, just deep enough to get everything i own wet inside of my tent...


o.k. i'm done complaining now, sorry but it had to be done, just remember a bitching marine is a happy marine...at least thats what they keep telling me...

i've dreamed of moving to South Africa my whole life, up in the canopy in one of those big tree houses.........
