The £50 “Galactic Tickets” for the event are expected to sell out within minutes of their release on Monday.
The marathon will start at 7am on May 16 and end at midnight with the fans’ premiere at the UCI Empire in London’s Leicester Square.
Meanwhile, stars will gather next door for the film’s red carpet premiere at the Odeon.

Thier was this great event that showed the extended cuts of the first 2 films before the primere of RoTK.
I think I remember hearing about a festival showing all 3 extended cuts back to back...it was in NYC.
One should see this happening more and more in the coming years.

I'd be the person sitting right next to you stealing all the armrest and munching on your popcorn.
And I've already had a triple feature presentation of all three extended versions of LOTR in my living room. But if anyone wants, I'm more than happy to invite everyone over and do it all again. :thumb: I'll provide the hot buttered corn.. yeah baby!!

I think that I should be paid £50 just for having to sit through The Phantom Menace the first time.

I saw it three times... once with a SW fan crowd...very fun, another time with a normal crowd...pretty lame...and then on DVD...getting to crank it up to ear bursting levels is quite fun.
Not the film it should have been and a glorified kids film to say the least but it has it's fun...and serious stupidity.
Re: 6-in-1 Star Wars epic in britain
They're all kid's films. the reason the Old Star Wars fans think the new ones are so crap is that they're not kids any more.
oh, and Jar Jar. Or rather, Gungans in general. a written apology and a year's free psychotherapy with every ticket sale could not erase that particular stain.
Re: 6-in-1 Star Wars epic in britain
£50!!, no way!! No offence, but that sounds lame. Sitting in some uncomfortable theatre seat for like 15 hours with a bunch of douche-bags. You'd end up broke with some bed sores. Not my cup of tea.

Re: 6-in-1 Star Wars epic in britain
