Who do you think has star power who is performing music today?

Just watched the Slither video and, in some respects, given the wealth of talent that went into that band, I know I like Velvet Revolver, but I have not decided how much yet. I need to hear more of it. But, damn, watching that video, those guys are ROCK STARS and Scott Weiland just has that indefinable IT. Most of what I'm seeing on the music stations these days shows remarkable lack of star quality.

Rock Stars are a dying breed since their genre is turning piss poor in terms of quality and more lip syncing goes on without restraint.

Plus with concert ticket sales going south...Rock Stars have no audience to fee off of and be born as it where.

Scott Weiland does have that Rock Star "it" thing...can't say his music has that though.

I hate lip syncing! Millie Vanillie (sp) comes to mind whenever that term is brought up.

All i can say is kid 606 - after seeing him at the ATP festival he became the electronica rock god. Also Lightning Bolt - go and check them out NOW.

S Club7 is pretty cool, but they are more of Pop, and not really rock.

Sorry, but i won't have them in the house. i have had 'Reach for the stars' blasted at me for years and it causes me 'difficulties'
