Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
It's 6:00am on a Sunday morning and all I can hear is this loud ass racket. It's making me crazy!
...and while I'm on the subject, wouldn't it make sense for car alarms to simply explain in a reasonable radio volume that the owner has been notified by cell phone and is likely to come shoot you or something any time now. It would have to be better than all those bloops and bleeps that nobody pays attention to anymore.
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
If not outlawed, at least can't use them until later... Here we have noise bans that you can't run power equipment until after 8 am, too damn early still, may try talking to local politicians and see if there is any way to get that taken care of...
As far as the car alarms go, I am all for the silent treatment, they are really aggravating...
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
Man, out here in Va...I could not LIVE without my leafblower. Granted, I don't do it early in the AM..more like 2pm so I don't bother anyone...but geez. Those people are just assholes.
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
dude if someone is operating a leafblower at 6 AM especially on a sunday it is your civic duty to kick thier fucking ass
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
oh,man, i had a freind that had this alarm system that was recordable,he would put someting nuts on it like every week, and it went off if you touched the car,not just broke into it.....
he had some funny little british lady in it once, very funny....
there pretty cheap now,i think......
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
yeah get a fucking broom. as far as car alarms go, I think they should just call the police and when they get there to find that no one is breaking into your car and that you just aren't smart enough to know how to work your own alarm, then they'll arrest you.
Re: Shouldn't leafblowers be illegal?
dont feel too bad-out here all you here all the time is tahano music blaring out of cars and those noisy ass gas powered razors.....argh!
