Where I'm at, it started out kind soft but went on a long time and then it shook pretty hard. Not hard enough to break anything but hard enough to knock some things off shelves definitely.
it was centered in the Yucaipa area
crazy, do you run outside or go to the basement? stop drop n roll? i forgot what you do in an earthquake (aside from shitting yourself of course).... havent felt one in NY in 20 years.
Well, I jumped out of bed, hahaha...Quote:

i havent felt any of them, ive been sleeping :-(
last year i felt one when i was taking a nap, i thought somebody was shaking me to wake me up so i started yelling at them, then i woke up and saw nobody was there...i was like oh shit earthquake.
we had a tremor a coupla years ago - the epicentre was... dudley. well, how exotic. the only injury a man who broke his legs while trying to rescue his cat (the cat was in the fireplace, he grabbed it and fell and snapped his leg... ouch.)
i just hugged my husband and waited for the roof to fall in... an overreaction but it did wake me up.
