SO i was cleaning out my closet and i found my box of Legos, ive had these things since i was 5 years old and theyve always been my favorite toy like evry year or so for my birthday and christmas all i asked my parents to get me were more Lego sets till i had a kick ass collection that i still have. and im building a space ship at this very moment :D
Lego! lol i clicked on the link thinking LEGO! i actually just did some stuff from scratch and put it up on the lego website >_>. So yes I still buy and play with them ><

legos and gi joes....I spent alot of time in my room when I was being beat. really passed the time. I had a tons of toys as a kid cus thats what my dad would do as an apology to me for beating me-he'd buy me toys......some payoff.

Love: my teddy bear. I still have him. Still sleep with him in the bed sometimes. Of course, twenty years of love has turned him into a zombie. He protects me from the alien lizard ghouls.
Cool: Oldass Atari computer. It was given to me by my cousin, and had all these awesome games for it - a TON of King's Quest games, a lot of text-based games (which were pretty damn hard for a kid), such and such. Loved that thing.
my Sega Genesis with Sega CD and 32-X (i still have all that crap and a load of games, LEGOs of course, and my giagantic collection of action figures
well i had a white hot wheels F1 racer that I had until my damn cousins decided they wanted to see if the steel frame could bend, I was 16 when it happened....so that and GI's *the green men are comming for me!
I still have a few dolls from when iw a sa kid but they wre given to my niece. the only one I really keep is a stuffed dog my sis gave me I keep it for sentimental value.

I loved LEGO! My brother and I had a ton of it and used to build really giant (if structurally unsound) stuff with it. My parents gave it away while I was at university. Apparently they thought LEGO was a kids' toy or something.
lego... I had like 20 kilos of lego.... double of my size when I was kid :)
since I was like 5 years old, Ive had this stuffed white gorilla called Gonga. It was the only thing I had that survived a house fire in 1981, and still to thyis day I have Him. after that, I got into Transformers and still have a few of My originals. but I always liked to , and with kids now, I still play with LEGOs.
i still have almost evry toy ive ever owned, im real good at taking care of things and i diplsy a bunch of my old toys on my book cas to remind me of y childhood i got Gi-joes, Transformers, hotwheels , a My Lil Pony :D, but the Legos are my all time favorite. I wana be buried in a lego coffin, that would be bad ass
my favorite toys were the electric racing cars with the tracks that you would have to piece together.
then you would pull the trigger too hard and the car would go flying off the track.
and fucking a man..legos and lincoln logs.

I am currently down to one lego figure on my comp desk but its comprised of about 6 or 7 diffrent figurs and this one is of my own design plus its fully articulet i need a pic hope i can post one

damn, there were so many cool toys that came out when I was a kid, Transformers, nintendo just got started,but before them things were the dasic toys to play with. toss across, yard darts( now that was fun when you opplayed with a sibling that hated when I won) and the ever popular frisbee. I was damn good at throwing a frisbee, and would play it in a way that is coming popular again, the frisbee golf craze that is going down here in the area. Legos were good, but My brother would either hide them or throw them in the garbage just to spite Me.
Lego hands down. i still have my ton of lego; figured i'd keep onto it just in case i had children (however unlikely).
but not the new lego where you just build whatever was shown on the box like a town or spaceship. i just had thousands of generic building blocks all shapes and sizes so i could make whatever i wanted.
but the little lego motorbikes rocked....everyone remember them?
I still have all my LEGO my mother knows not to touch them on fear of death. I also have my old teddy bear and most of my books. I aslo still have my Sega Genisis and sega 32x
My most favorite is my care bear doll that I got when I was born. She's still in mint condition because I love her oh so much! She is my little treasure ^__^
My favorites were a mortar and pestle, books and a little brown Casio keyboard. And my Strawberry Shortcake record player.
We were too poor when I was growin up to afford toys....So I was sure glad I was born a boy...Cuz I just played with myself...

I was thinking of the Etch a Sketch I never could do much but lines and the Colorforms were kick ass. There was also the community Hot Wheel bike with the right tire , mangled....

i got a red ryder bbgun in 1986 it had a brass medalion in the stock also my mongoose bmx bike with red nylon wheels i never really considered them a toy at the time but thinking back they were

and another crazy thing it was a plastic rod with a ring on one side and a rattly lemon on the other she would good the ring on her ankle and spin it around jumping over the lemon with her other foot man i wish i knew what that thing was called
also since it was so easy to pirate games my commodore 64 game collection was unmatched "fast hackem" rulled
oh yea i also had a wrist rocket aluminum slingshot i could fire acorns through windows

Katie. :) She is a doll that I've had since I was born. She was made in Spain. The artistry is so good that she looks like a real newborn. Well, she used to. Now she's faded out and looking like a dead baby. She had this little velcro pouch on her side that opens up and there's a little plastic heart that you flip over to put batteries in. When you feel her chest, it feels like her heart is beating. Her eyes don't open, they're eternally closed and she's just rather interesting. I insisted that she was alive when I was little. I really believed it. To this day, I feel weird admitting she's a toy. Man I'm a crackhead. Anyway, yep, Katie. My dad calls her Ida for some reason.
Legos gets another vote. My dad and I used to use HIS legos and build things like space ships and the lost city of atlantis, though I had hte most fun building houses for minitures. She-Ra and My Little Ponies went to war against the Amazonian Barbie People from the Land of the Dreaded Pink. But my favourite was a large green felt mushroom big enough for me to sit on, or when the occasion struck, IN the hollow stem when I turned it upside down on my water bed. Lost at Sea with Teddy Ruxpin and Snoopy and George the Monkey (not a curious gerorge product), whiled away many many hours in my tiny child hood.
