I was going to go down to New Orleans on Saturday and arrive today to look for a new house..but then hurricane katrina decides to go RIGHT over where i was going! so i havent left yet heh.. but i am leaving tommorrow and by the time i get to N.O. , Katrina should be passed there...and instead of finding a house (which i might get a discount on now!) we are going to be helping out cleaning up and bring supplies to the people. Wish me luck!
Good luck man that really sucks but yeah you might get a good deal on a partially damaged house that you can fix up cause yeah houses there are fucking expensive
not really.. we looked around.. a 4 bedroom 3 bath in a good neighborhood is only about 170,000 :) not too shabby! i better bring a wetsuit though

its going to be a 15 hour trip.. we have to find an alternate route because all of southbound lanes will be close going north.. were going to enter in the backside somehow.. hope to see you all soon! i might die! lol
