What was the last artist whose CD/digital album you bought? Not got for free through piracy or blow jobs or press or shoplifting but actually bought.

The last cd's I paid for were of a local band I found when I was in Edinburgh. Keltik Elektrik. They're REALLY ecclectic but they kick ass if you're in the right mood for them.

the last CD I bought was about 2 years ago, for My son who was in a coma. it was the Beatles Yellow Submarine soundtrack, which I had playing nonstop till He woke up , and pretty much knew it word for word. still listens to it to this day, and I dont mind.

It Dies Today - The Catiff Choir. I got it off ebay for 4$ without ever hearing anything by them before. (I liked all the bands that were in the keywords, so i figured for the price I would give it a shot) It's not a bad cd at all.

As for an actual purchase through a music store...

I bought The Chariot - Everything Is Alive..., Small Towns Burn A Little Slower - S/T, & A Day In The Life - 9 Reasons To Say Goodbye on my last trip into Tower Records.

However I currently have every intention to buy the new Between The Buried & Me, and The Auburn System EP.

I think I replaced a few old CDs that had been scratched. Stuff I couldn't live without, like SoM First, Last, and Always.
