Like if you seriously could use 1 condiment for the rest of your life.... what would you pick... for me, there are really only 3 considerations.... Mayo, ketchup and BBQ sauce. goddamnit if I could only enjoy one.... I'm leaning towards ketchup just b/c there are quite a few dishes that BBQ and mayo dont go good with.... ketchup is good on everything even though it's not quite as good as the other two.
El Yucateco brand habanero hot sauce goes well on evrything
fuck, how could i not even have brought that into my final 3..... shame on me! maybe i'll ammend my answer to spicy BBQ sauce.

i dunno what it's called, but my favorite chinese restaurant had a pot of this on every table...
...it had equal parts shyou soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, hot peppers, and a little sesame oil... like a thick paste...

Ketchup....because you can put it on anything and it makes it taste better...from eggs to sandwiches.
It also doubles halfway decent for fake blood..dual purpose! The almighty condiment!

Vinegar is really good on fries. I think I picked that up from a friend of mine from England.

Louisianna Crystal sauce. Better than ketchup and flavour full wiht out being too spicey. Also goes good on ice cream, but not as well as nacho cheese.
