Typical ba humbug season(warning downer thread)

Well I figured there was going to be someone with a sad or sappy holiday season thread, and it happens to be me this year. In november I started school and things were looking up then I lost my job. It was to be expected after 12 months as a temp I should have expected it. I have not had a job since then, not for lack of trying to find one just noone is filling any positions. I did forget to mention the fact that I was at an interview and a temp agency called for an asap position, I missed that because I didnt get back to them in time. This will be the last posting and viewing I will be doing for a while because I cannot afford an isp. Anyway this is the downer thread enjoy, best wishes to all BB members new and old.I will read all of you later.

yeh. im goin through the same problem with finding a job right now. as soon as I got out here-I hit the pave looking or a job and still aint found one which suks cus if I were to find one now, i wouldnt be able to get gifts for the holidays for kayla and her family which is something i really wanna do cus they are the nicest people i have ever met. i pre bouht kayla two gifts back in september (a plush goblin cat from the comic book tarot and perfume)
but it brings me down all the same. she deserves more than a stuffed aminal and smelly stuff. she's the greatest girlfriend i've ever had and she really makes me happy. All i keep thinking of is how much i wanna get her and her daughter and then how much i spent on my money grubbing ex fiancee for the holidays back when I was engaged to her.

I can see youre point there Malcolm i have a daughter and wife of my own, but on the plus side I am going to school for free so I will be able to make up for this year. and btw nice one there toe cutter ima have to gank that one for wallpaper.
