Heya guys...I'm traveling this week..got an interview out in San Fran...
anyone out there? What is there to do? I'll be out there Wed 18th- 19th. Let me know what there is good to do in the area...
Otherwise I'll sit in my hotel bored as heck...

theres a place to eat across from Alcatraz..its all about alcatraz lol.. like electric shakes and whatever.. (get it?)
i dont remember the name though.
also if theres a show at maritime hall thats a ok place to go..more downtown there was this club called the covered wagon? or something and on Tuesdays it turns into lucifers hammer. i think thats the name..but not sure if its still there anymore. but its a neat place if it is..blacklight angels are on the walls!

Coit Tower has an amazing view of the city. The Golden Gate Bridge, Mechanical Museum, and Cable Car Museum are also interesting. I haven't been clubbing there in years so no recommendations there. Bondage-a-Go-Go was fun back in the day haha:thumb:

I'll be at Bondage-a-Go-Go this Wednesday. The Goth Strip Troupe I interviewed for my documentary will be doing a short showcase that evening.
I'll be near Bondage a go go...so BGG it is!

You should check out the Tonga Room at the Fairmont hotel. One of the oldest & best Tiki bars in the country. 50's Tiki, like it should be. Happy hour too.

I'd totally go to the DNA Lounge, but at least most of the events seem to be 21+. I, unfortunately, am still 20!
Aside from maybe New Wave City, you probably don't want to get near DNA on a Fri/Sat night anyways...much more commercial crowd -
Never you mind the weekends - you wanna check out Death Guild on Monday nights anyways - 18+

They'll still open up dates at DNA for events on weekends occasionally. Definitely worth checking from time to time. You have to book well in advance though if you do one yourself.Quote:
