No, its not Amy Lee (Although she is beautiful) and yes Arkansas can produce something other than Bill Clinton, lol! Her stage name (Yes, I know her real name but Im not going to give it here) is Vallerie Stains. She spells it with two L's, thats not a mispelling. I do know her personally and she is really a sweet girl, besides being talented and beautiful. She is lead singer of a Gothic/Heavy Metal band called Catatoxic.
