I been humming and singing that "photograph" song to myself all day. I like that shit. The singer has a gravely voice and the guitar riffs are kinda cool. The lyrics remind me of being in highschool and shooting blackheads on the bathroom mirror and jerking off to the cute chicks in my Math class and stealing cars and smoking dope and throwing up in my friends houses. Anyone else like Nickleback??

...sorry, I just had to chime in because I can't stand them. Their music is just so popy and generic as if it was produced purely for marketing purposes...but thats just me, who am I to tell you what not to listen to. :(

I think their songs are cut and paste lyrics. They say the same 3 or 4 things in every song, but change the pitch and timbre, and a couple of verbs.
It's all the same, with different lead guitar work.
The spiderman movie song that lead singer did was ok, but bah.
So... yet another case of my Canadian-ness kicking me in the butt. Nickleback are Canadian. CRTC requires that all media - that is radio & music television - be comprised of something like 30% Canadian content. Which I think is great, yes, but there is so little Canadian music that is actually "popular". Thus what is popular gets played to death, I mean, played into the ground. If I ever had a chance of liking Nickleback (I must admit, its a bit generic for my tastes) the CRTC snuffed out that possibility long ago.

If I gave them a nickle for their talent..I would want it back..get it.....nickleback (sorry)

Please do us all a favor... Go down to your local record and walk up to the counter... PLace both hands on the counter and ask the clerk to rap your knuckles with a ruler...
Then walk over and pick up some better music... like Spice girls, or Milli-Vanilli or something comparable... Buy it, walk out of the store, and proceed to hit your self in the head with said music until you are giggling like a school-girl during her first crush.

today I am back to completely hating Nickleback (and Canada)... phew... thank god that is over with.

I don't like Nickleback at all, but I own Christina Aguilera and Avril Lavigne cds so I guess your not alone lol.
