Has anyone seen running scared yet?
it's insane. i must say i had serious doubts about it, but a friend offered to pay for me, and i was very pleasantly surprised. it had a sort of a sordid fairytale feel about it, and it's the best movie i've seen in a theatre in a very long time. has anyone else seen it yet?
Re: Has anyone seen running scared yet?
which one was that again? that sounds familiar... but... my brain is goo right now :( sad face.
Re: Has anyone seen running scared yet?
it's the one with Paul Walker (who REALLY stepped up his performance) and that kid from Birth. it just came out.
Re: Has anyone seen running scared yet?
I got into a preview screening hosted by Paul Walker. It was fuckin' awesome.
Re: Has anyone seen running scared yet?
I want to see it super bad.
Re: Has anyone seen running scared yet?
It has paul walker in it, nuff said. The best movie he ever did was pleasantville, and that's just because he played an air-head jock, in other words, himself.
From the previews it looks thier concept of cinematography is using the brilliant newly discovered camera shot called slow motion, as much as possible. Maybe it will spark walkers career as a serious actor, look what it did for david hasselhoff.

In reality it has some of the snazziest editing techniques in recent memory and Paul Walker puts in a performance that I didn't even think him capable of. But you get points for effort on that rant.
