Interesting video documentary about St. Bernard Parish, (very) post Katrina

Got the link to this documentary from Poppy. Seems to have been put together last December, but clearly these people still need a lot of help. It certainly raises some difficult issues about who's responsibility a community really is and such.

i've often wondered why people live in places subject to natural disasters. i suppose the blanket answer is, they're too poor to live anywhere else.
